What does Rosemary Cineole Essential oil help with?

Cineole rosemary ( Rosmarinus officinalis ct. cineole ) is an evergreen shrub with aromatic leaves, from which Essential oil is extracted through steam distillation.
High in 1,8-cineole, this chemical chemotype of rosemary is particularly valuable in skin and hair care thanks to its purifying, toning and stimulating properties.
Rosemary Cineole Essential oil can be used as a:
- Tonic for oily and problematic skin - The antiseptic and anti-inflammatory action helps balance sebum and soothe irritated skin;
- Hair growth stimulating serum - Improves blood circulation in the scalp and strengthens hair follicles;
- Additive to an anti-dandruff shampoo - The antifungal properties of the oil help with dandruff and itching;
- Compresses for inflamed or tired skin - Ideal for local relief of redness or stressed skin;
- Body scrub with a stimulating effect - Improves blood circulation and leaves the skin smooth and fresh.
How do i use Rosemary Cineole Essential oil?
1. As a toner for oily and problematic skin

- Mix 2 drops of essential oil with 1 tablespoon of floral water ( e.g. lavender or witch hazel );
- Shake well and apply with a cotton pad to a cleansed face;
- Apply in the morning and evening, avoiding the eye area.
2. As a serum to stimulate hair growth

- Mix 3 drops of rosemary cineole with 1 tbsp. base oil ( e.g. castor or jojoba );
- Rub the mixture into the roots of dry hair with massage movements;
- Leave it on for 30-60 minutes, then wash with shampoo.
3. As an additive to an anti-dandruff shampoo

- Add 5 drops of essential oil to 100 ml of neutral shampoo;
- Shake the bottle well to distribute the oil evenly;
- Use 2-3 times a week with each wash.
4. As compresses for inflamed or tired skin

- Mix 2 drops of oil with 1 tsp. alcohol and add to 200 ml of lukewarm water;
- Dip a clean cloth or gauze in the solution and squeeze it gently;
- Apply to the desired area for 10-15 minutes.
5. As a body scrub with a stimulating effect

- Mix 2 tablespoons of brown sugar ( or sea salt ) with 1 tablespoon of carrier oil - for example, almond, coconut or sesame;
- Add 5 drops of rosemary cineole essential oil to the mixture;
- Mix well until a uniform consistency is obtained;
- In the shower, apply the scrub to damp skin in circular motions, focusing on the thighs, arms and areas in need of toning;
- Massage for 3-5 minutes, then rinse thoroughly with warm water;
- Pat your skin dry. If desired, apply a moisturizing lotion or oil.
