Ginger Essential oil is extracted from the root of the plant and can be used as a:

 

  • Massage oil for cellulite and loose skin - The warming effect of ginger activates lymph flow and smoothes the skin;
  • Oil for inflammation and muscle tension - Helps relieve stiffness and sore areas, especially after physical exertion;
  • Compress for nausea and seasickness - Ginger suppresses the feeling of nausea and discomfort.

 

How do i use Ginger Essential oil?

 

1. As a massage oil for cellulite and loose skin

  1. Mix 5 drops of ginger essential oil with 30 ml of base oil ( almond or grapeseed );
  2. Massage the problem areas with vigorous movements for at least 10 minutes daily;
  3. Apply daily for at least 3 weeks.

  1. Mix 2 drops of essential oil with 1 tsp arnica or St. John's wort oil;
