How can I return a product i ordered?

 

If you want to return a product you can do so up to 60 days after the delivery date.

Please contact us by sending us a message HERE if you wish to return your order.

  

• Returned products must be unused, in resalable condition and in their original packaging;
• Returned products must be accompanied by the invoice and payment receipt;
• Shipping costs for returning products are paid by the customer.

How and after how long will I get my money back?

 

Your order amount will be refunded 1-2 business days after we receive and confirm the condition of the returned products.

The amount will be refunded to you using the same payment method you used to pay for the order. For cash on delivery orders, refunds are issued via bank transfer.
