How long does it take to process and ship my order?
Your order will be processed and handed over to the courier within 1-2 business days after we receive and confirm payment.
For cash on delivery orders, the order will be processed 1-2 business days after we contact you and you confirm the order and shipping address.
- Orders made on Saturday, Sunday or during national holidays are processed the next business day;
- If there are any problems or delays with your order you will receive an email notification from us with more information.
The delivery time for orders is:
- For European countries - 5-7 business days;
- For the United States and North America - 8-12 business days;
- For all other countries - 8-18 business days.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping costs depend on the value of your order:
For orders up to 49.99 $:
Shipping cost is 5.00 $.
For orders over 50.00 $:
Shipping is free.
How can I track my order?
Once your order has been packed and shipped you will receive an email notification with information on the courier, the tracking number and a tracking link.
I have a problem with my order
My package was lost in transit
Please contact us immediately by sending us a message HERE if the tracking information shows that your package was lost.
My package was returned to sender
Unclaimed packages or packages sent to an incorrect / incomplete address are returned to us.
Please ensure that you provide complete and accurate delivery information when confirming your order.
I received the wrong product / Products are missing from my order
Please contact us by sending us a message HERE if you receive the wrong product or part of your order is missing.
We will ship the missing products to you within 1-2 business days at our expense.
I want to change my delivery details or cancel my order
Please contact us immediately by sending us a message HERE if you would like to change your delivery details or cancel your order.
Orders that have already been shipped cannot be cancelled.
