- Boil 2 tablespoons of St. John's wort in 400 ml of boiling water for 5 minutes;
- Let it sit for 30 minutes at room temperature;
- Before consumption, strain the decoction through gauze;
- The decoction lasts for 12 hours, provided that it is stored in a refrigerator at a temperature of 2°- 8°C without freezing;
- The finished decoction is consumed divided into 120 ml servings 3 times a day, before meals;
- If long-term use is necessary, take a 1-week break every 5 days.
Contraindications:
The herb is not recommended for people with intolerance to the plant, liver problems, stomach and intestinal ulcers, diseases of the heart and blood vessels.
