What does White Fir Essential oil help with?

White Fir ( Abies alba ) is a coniferous tree with characteristic silver-green needles and a fresh, resinous aroma. In folk medicine, it is known for supporting respiratory health and having a strong antiseptic effect.

An Essential oil with a refreshing and toning effect on the skin and scalp is extracted from its needles through steam distillation.

White Fir Essential oil can be used as a:

• Tonic for oily and problematic skin - Has an astringent and antiseptic effect, cleanses pores and reduces irritation;
• Additive to shampoo for oily scalp and dandruff - Regulates sebum and soothes irritated scalp, while providing freshness;
• Topical gel for skin imperfections - Helps clear up pimples and irritations, thanks to its antimicrobial properties;
• Refreshing body lotion - Tones the skin and improves microcirculation, suitable after sports or a long day;
• Strengthening hair oil - Stimulates follicles and promotes healthier hair growth.

How do i use White Fir Essential oil?

1. As a toner for oily and problematic skin

1. Mix 2 drops of white fir oil with 1 tbsp. floral water ( e.g. witch hazel );
2. Dip a cotton pad in the mixture;
3. Apply to a cleansed face in the morning and evening.

2. As an additive in shampoo for oily scalp and dandruff

1. Add 3-4 drops of oil to a single dose of neutral shampoo;
2. Massage into your scalp for 2-3 minutes;
3. Rinse thoroughly with lukewarm water.

3. As a topical gel for skin imperfections

1. Mix 1 drop of white fir oil with 1 tsp aloe vera gel;
2. Apply a small amount to problem areas;
3. Repeat 1-2 times daily on clean skin.

4. As a refreshing body lotion

1. Mix 5 drops of white fir oil with 2 tablespoons of carrier oil ( e.g. grapeseed );
2. Warm the oil slightly in your palms;
3. Apply with massage movements to clean skin.

5. As a strengthening hair oil

1. Mix 4 drops of white fir oil with 1 tbsp. castor oil;
2. Rub the mixture into your scalp with massage movements;
3. Leave it on for 30 minutes and wash with shampoo.
