As magnesium citrate is characterised by a better assimilation, the recommended daily dose for adults is 1/2 of the packaging, for children of the age of 6 to 12 – 1/3 of the packaging after meal. Pour (200-300ml) of water, milk or juice into a glass, add the powder to the liquid, mix well and drink according to the indicated dosage. For any other dosage, please consult a doctor or a pharmacist.
